Wooden ang ku kueh (red tortoise cake) mould with 5 patterns in one mould
- Large tortoise shell pattern-L7cm, W5.7cm, D3cm (34g skin, 23g filling)
- Small tortoise pattern- L5cm, W4cm, D2.5cm (15g skin, 11g filling)
- Small peach pattern- L5.4cm, W3.8cm, D2cm (14g skin, 10g filling)
- Large peach pattern- L7.5cm, W5.8cm, D2.5cm (32g skin, 22g filling)
- Gold coins pattern- L10cm, W2.8cm. D2cm (22g skin, 16g filling)
- Soak in cooking oil for 24 hours, rinse with water and air dry before use.
- All wooden moulds sold by Niclaw Gourmet are hand-carved, hence the uneven surface and some imperfections on patterns.
- They will not be visible after coating with dry-fried glutinous rice flour (to prevent dough from sticking).
- Patterns will appear clear and smooth on dough for snowskin and dough after baking.
